Field Marketing Manager DACH

Mapp Digital, Berlin (Hybrid), Full-Time

The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and delivering regional marketing plans and programs for the DACH region, with an emphasis on Germany. The manager will be responsible for helping execute Mapp’s overall regional strategy by planning and coordinating marketing physical and digital campaigns to grow and accelerate the pipeline. The role will also be responsible for operational, implementation and post-program reporting and activities. The Field Marketing Manager will report to the Global Field Marketing Team Lead.



- Work closely with the Global Marketing and Regional Sales teams to identify and enable lead generation activities.

- Develop the DACH marketing plan and execute multi-channel campaigns via email, content syndication, tradeshows, webinars, social media, and PR to support sales.

- Manage the allocated field marketing budget.

- Track, measure and analyse impact of managed programs; produce reports to demonstrate campaign progress and regional success.

- Write or localize marketing deliverables on schedule and within budget, e.g., case studies, collaterals, German website, newsletters, and social media posts

- Own Mapp event logistics including but not limited to venue selection, speaker selection, catering, and promotions for the region. Attend events (may include some nights and weekends), network, and educate attendees on product offerings.

- Master webinar technology, from setup through production and reporting on and driving the creation of all supporting emails and campaigns.

- Work closely with Mapp’s regional PR agency to increase brand awareness

- Conduct research and feasibility studies to identify new lead generation opportunities for Mapp.



- 3-5 years of experience in a Field Marketing Role or a similar B2B marketing position within a SaaS or an Enterprise Software environment

- Native German and fluent in English, both written and verbal (please apply with an English CV/resume)

- Excellent German copy writing and strong verbal communication skills

- Very good knowledge of the DACH digital marketing landscape

- Experienced in running marketing programs autonomously

- Excellent project management and ROI reporting skills

- Experienced in using CRM and Marketing Automation tools

- Proven success working collaboratively with Sales and forging impactful relationships across the organization

- Ability to think critically and creatively while multi-tasking and meeting strict deadlines

- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced, and results-oriented environment

- Flexible, organized, and detail-oriented
